Latest Update on Local NYC Medicaid Office Locations That are Closed & Locations That Are Still Open

The worst thing that can happen amidst this Corona Virus Pandemic is visiting a Medicaid Location that is closed

To help stop the spread of Corona Virus, many HRA locations are closed until further notice. Here’s a list of all NYC locations that are closed, and locations that are still open for the public if your needs cannot be met by ACCESS HRA.

BROOKLYN LOCATIONS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC:

• 404 Pine Street, Brooklyn, NY 11208. Although this location is closed for the public, you can still apply for Medicaid by submitting a completed application via fax to: 917-639-0732.
• Kings County Hospital: Address: 441 Clarkson Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11203. “T” Building, Nurses’ Residence, 1st Floor. You can apply for  Medicaid by submitting a complete application via fax at 917-639-0732.

BROOKLYN LOCATIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:

• Brooklyn South*: 785 Atlantic Ave.1st Floor. Brooklyn, NY 11238
  Phone: 929-221-3502. Open Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Note: You can use ACCESS HRA to apply for SNAP and Cash Assistance Benefits. This location will remain open to serve clients whose needs cannot be met through ACCESS HRA or over the phone.
• Coney Island*:  3050 W 21st St. Brooklyn, NY 11224. 3rd Floor. Phone: 929-221-3790. Open Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. MANHATTAN LOCATIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:
